CEO & Co-founder
Previously, Terry was President & Co-founder of Kanatek Technologies, a data backup and storage company headquartered in Ottawa, Canada. Over his 20 years leading Kanatek, the company grew from a 4-person PC integrator in the ‘80s to a world-class enterprise data management provider that delivered solutions to Fortune 500 customers globally.
Terry is a husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, while sharing a passion for cars and architecture.
Co-founder
Reg has spent his entire career with Global Excel Management, where he is currently the President & CEO. Headquartered in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Global Excel is a full-service provider of global healthcare risk management solutions, which under Reg’s leadership has grown to process over 700k claims worth over USD $1.9B annually.
In his spare time, Reg enjoys spending time with his family as well as collecting and driving rare cars.
Chief Financial Officer
Susan Richards, FCPA, FCMA is an entrepreneurial accountant with 20 years of financial leadership experience in the Ottawa tech sector. Over the past 15 years Susan has served as CFO and/or Financial Advisor to over 40 start-ups.
An entrepreneur at heart, Susan is co-founder of Numbercrunch, which provides an outsourced financial solution that supports startups and scaling businesses. Susan is a community champion currently serving as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors at Invest Ottawa and Bayview Yards.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jim is an experienced and successful advertising and marketing executive with over 40 years of experience. Over his years working for large multi-national agencies, an oil company and his own marketing consultancy, Jim has worked with more than 60 clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. He is most noted and respected for his abilities to develop marketing and business strategies for his clients which have resulted in strong and sustainable company growth.
An avid traveller, Jim and his wife Kathryn have a bucket list goal to visit to all seven continents. There are three left on the list, and these will add to the significant photo collection in progress.
Senior Director of Product Development
Dan leads the development of CAPT. With a passion for finding simple solutions to complex problems, Dan has over 13 years of experience as a founder, software engineer, and product owner. Most recently he was founding CTO of FreightPath, a transportation relationships management startup enrolled in the Invest Accelerator Program.
Dan enjoys adventures outdoors on his mountain bike or paddling his canoe and is often accompanied by his wife and son.
Senior Enterprise Deployment Architect
Jim Dodgson is a Senior Enterprise Deployment Architect for AgileIS. In this role, Jim is accountable for program managing all key AgileIS initiatives, as well as developing deployment strategies for AgileIS’ products and services. Jim is a senior IT professional with over 30 years of experience leading high-performance teams at global organizations, including TD Bank, Nortel, and Vodafone. Jim has driven innovation across numerous IT disciplines, including infrastructure, application deployment, messaging, and workspace. Additionally, Jim has led multiple large scale IT optimization, resulting in significant cost and cycle time efficiencies.
When not working, Jim enjoys spending time outdoors, including kayaking, hiking, and fishing.
Business Analyst
Sophie carries out responsibilities relating to business development and marketing.
Sophie obtained an Advanced Diploma in International Business from Algonquin College. She then continued her education at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Galway, Ireland, where she earned a Bachelor of Business with Honours.
Sophie enjoys running and spending any spare time outside. She is currently chasing her bucket list of countries to visit.
Creative Director
Mike is an award winning Creative Director and copywriter with over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising. He began his career on the business and strategic side of the industry before gravitating to the creative world. This gives Mike a holistic perspective and unique understanding of complex marketing challenges. Over the years, Mike has worked with blue-chip brands across many categories, leading creative teams in the development of powerful strategies and impactful campaigns - picking up a few national awards along the way.
Mike is a passionate (if middling) participant in an array of sports and loves to relax in the deep Canadian woods with both family and friends any chance he gets. (He’s also never as angry as he looks.)
Product Manager
Thomas Allatt serves as the link between Business Development activities and Product Development; ensuring that client needs are reflected in the product's development roadmap.
After completing his BBA at Bishop's University Thomas worked as a Business Analyst and then as Product Manager for a travel healthcare startup named Mosaique, who's aim was to direct travelers to the most appropriate level of healthcare, anywhere in the world.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Hafeez was the CEO/Founder at the Kureen, a home concierge company dedicated to providing personalized services to homeowners in Nigeria.
A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Coventry University who is driven by a burning passion to contribute immensely to the ever-growing tech industry in Nigeria.
A humanitarian who is hugely influenced by the Japanese culture of continuously improving the technology. And a football fanatic who intends to infuse the efficiency of technology into the world of football.
He also loves Arsenal Football Club. (Yes, he loves getting my heart broken but maybe it's worth it. There's still hope for Arsenal... or not)
Advisor
Colin has over 17 years of experience as a computer engineer, software developer, technical leader and government executive. He held an executive position responsible for risk mitigation programs with the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security and is now the Deputy Director for Security Services at Field Effect Software.
Colin is a husband and a father, and enjoys playing boardgames with his family. He is also quite handy and often has a construction project on the go around the house.

Jason is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oxford + Richmond, a next generation retained executive search firm. Before co-founding Oxford + Richmond, Jason was VP of Corporate Development for a publicly traded global medical company, as well as Interim President of one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Prior to that, Jason was Director of Business Development and Operations at Holland Bloorview, Canada’s largest pediatric rehabilitation hospital. There he conceived, launched and directed an internationally recognized centre of excellence in pediatric concussion care, research and education, providing services to thousands of youth annually. He has also held progressively more senior leadership roles with GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen).
Jason is passionate about sports, physical activity, relaxing at the cottage with family and friends, travelling and exploring new foods, cultures and activities with his wife and two young daughters.

As CEO of the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC), Lorraine Lafrenière leads Canada’s Coaching Education Partnership with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) as well as safe sport initiatives for the profession of coaching.
Along with her passion for sport, Lorraine’s commitment to volunteerism has been consistently demonstrated throughout her career. She has had the honour to serve terms on committees and boards with many not-for-profits, including Ottawa Sports Hall of Fame, Canadian Cancer Society (Ottawa-Carleton), Run for the Cure, Big Sisters of Ottawa, and Ottawa-Carleton Epilepsy at different times in her community life. She was also the co-chair of the 2004 Ontario Summer Games held in Ottawa, a personal community sport highlight.
Lorraine is the mother or two and a proud cancer survivor. She is an advocate of resiliency in all facets of life.

Peter is a global technology business leader, trusted advisor and private equity investor.
In addition to serving as a General Partner with Hello Ventures, and as a Senior Advisor with Norton Rose Fulbright, Peter also runs Venturing Hills Advisory, is an investor and an adjunct EMBA business professor (leadership, strategy, innovation and international business). He currently serves as Executive in Residence with the Telfer EMBA program.
Previous experience includes a breadth of roles as a senior executive at Nortel Networks when it was a Fortune 100 company, and CEO roles with venture-backed companies, where he raised $50 million in multiple financing rounds and led strategic exits.
Educational Consultant
Roberta Longpré is the retired Executive Director of Student Services for Crescent School, in Toronto, Ontario. Her portfolio spanned all of the school’s three divisions and supported boys in their academic, physical and social-emotional wellness. As an educator of over 30 years, Roberta has taught in a variety of schools in Western Canada, Toronto and New York. She has been a high school English teacher, a Psycho-educational Consultant, a Special Education Department Head, a Director of a Learning Centre, a Head of Student Services and now, an Educational Consultant. Her experience as an educator has taken her from co-educational public schools to independent boys’ and girls’ schools. She has wide experience supporting students recovering from concussions as they return to learn.
Roberta is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (B.A. Hon, B.Ed.) and Columbia University (M.A., Ed.M.).
Advisor
Vincent Duhamel was Fiera Capital’s Global President and Chief Operating Officer until 2020. He was a member of the Global Executive Management Committee, responsible for all corporate units such as Legal and Compliance, Risk, Technology, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, and Human Resources. As the Chair of the Strategic Development Committee, he also played a major role in strategic acquisitions while overseeing the firm’s development outside of North America. In addition, Mr. Duhamel sat on the boards of directors of Fiera Capital’s Canadian, U.S., European and Bel Air divisions.
From 1997 to 2011, he worked in Hong Kong, first as Chief Executive of State Street Global Advisors Asia, then as the Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Asia. During his time in Asia, Mr. Duhamel played a key role in the market intervention and disposal of assets by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority during the Asian crisis, in addition to managing a project to help the Social Security Fund of China develop its investment processes and policies.
